Really great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks with dinner were reasonably priced. Entry provided to next door spa which was super nice and they even posted some stuff we had left in the room after. 10/10

The staff changed our room because it was very noisy- due to so many families staying over a long weekend . The staff very kindly upgraded us free of charge to a bigger much quieter room. Access to the spa next door was great.

Very nice hotel, with a good-quality onsen. Its affiliated public onsen facility, Agannasse, is very nice too. I’ll definitely go there again in my next visit to Kumamoto.
